Re: News of former players
Serious question from a long distance supporter who's only seen 2 games live this season. Why does Rodari seem to attract such disparaging comments on this forum? He scored some very good goals at the start of the season. In view of our recent goal famine, I'm surprised we let him go. It seems I'm ...

Re: News of former players
David Fisher has left Glentoran and joined Hanoi FC in Vietnam.
Quite the move. I thought he had been going well at Glentoran but seems to have been in and out of the squad this season - not sure if he has been injured.
Ha! Ive just seen that Warren Feeny is now assistant manger at Hanoi and it ...

Probably did call and got put through to Rafa...Lord Elpus wrote: Tue Jan 06, 2026 8:11 am Wouldn't it have been funny if someone at Olympique de Marseille had contacted Hampton to say "this Petruzzo lad then...what do you guys think?" (I am of course making a big assumption here, but I bet they didn't!)

Re: Chesham Utd (H)
E-mailer from the club says pitch looking fine as of Friday lunchtime - That surprises me a bit seeing the frost still visible in some areas locally but possibly it will all depend if the sun shines on Saturday morning, which luckily is what the forecast suggests. Fingers crossed!

Re: 25/26 Squad
Do we know what Nathan Paul-Lavaly's loan status is at the moment?
We announced on 10 Sept that we we had extended his loan for another 3 months. That would suggest it ended on 10 Dec although some websites show the extension running to 3 Dec however he played last Saturday (13th Dec).

Re: Totton at home
FT, 2-0, what a performance! For all their possession, Totton rarely threatened, apart from when Rowley pulled off a brilliant save right before our second. As for the dugout, Atkinson was in there with Ince and Field I believe.
It looked like Field was the main man in the dugout to me.
