23/24 We played 7, won 1, drew 2, lost 4 and were 22nd in the table before our first home game on 5 Sept 23.

Would be nice to avoid a repeat of that....

Re: Owners Update

Quite a surprise that this news comes now, especially when the existing pitch has never looked as good as it did last season. I note the first home friendly is currently scheduled for 28th July although I believe that has only, so far, been announced by QPR Academy so I guess a venue change would be ...

Both Frimpong and Nkrumah released by Worthing. Would hope we’d be interested in both especially Frimpong.
Agreed - I would be happy with both Nkrumah and Frimpong

Re: 26/27 Squad

I think I'd also be happy with Sayers, Field, Silva and Fasanmade being retained.

Re: Review of the season- some stats

It was a challenging season starting with Jules struggling to secure players this time last year and not really seeming to be ready for the start of season (although we then did at least start well). Dowse's rescue mission took time to bed in but I guess his experience and contacts in the game shone ...

Re: Enfield Town

Fitting that the Bev was the setting for Ru Donaldson's final game...anyone hear why he's retiring? He can't be that old and I thought he had a very solid game today.

I heard he has a new job and is relocating to Sweden. Had a decent job at Deloitte while in London I believe and made a solid ...

Re: Player of the season

Id say maybe Paul-Lavaly was the most impactful player during the time he was with us. Fasanmade was very effective at times but less so and benched more under Dowse. So many others have not played enough games (in particular Fernandez and Atkinson) to be considered POTS so it really has to be ...

Re: Maidenhead (a)

Felt like too many first choice, in-form players rested/absent today - Fernandez and Atkinson in particular. Maybe Dowse felt there was low liklihood of getting points today but after a strong start and their red card, 3 points were there for the taking. Pretty disappointing not to even come away ...
