About the job:
You will lead, supervise and motivate the Match-day bar staff, improving service standards
and training personnel as required. Train staff on up selling techniques to maximise matchday revenue. Oversee the maintenance of all equipment and Bar facilities, taking
responsibility for any damages and ensuring replacements and repairs are conducted as and
when required.
Roles & responsibilities:
• Purchasing of stock (drinks, snacks, cleaning supplies)
• Stock take
• Beer line cleaning
• Bar hygiene and maintenance
• Cellar hygiene and maintenance
• Ordering gas
• Training staff behind the bar and in the cellar
• Aiding staff on match-days when there are bar issues i.e. gas needs changing
About you:
• Over 18 years of age
• Able to work in the UK
• You are confident engaging with customers and your team
• GCSE’s or equivalent
• Experience in a licensed bar / hospitality role
• Holds a personal license or willingness to obtain one
• Full driving license
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to diffuse tense situations and resolve conflicts.
• Willingness to work during peak hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effectively delegate responsibilities and maximise resources.

There is a wide array of positions for you on a match-day. You will be required to help with match-day close down including waste management, stock count and bar area cleaning.

That looks to be the same person.
