Useful update.

It appears in the last two days the club has started to provide the sort of communications everybody here has been looking for recently.
Well done to those that have made it happen.

Would imagine that these works are of a more routine nature, apart from the leaking irrigation pipe, so hopefully wil not prevent home friendlies.

Re the Ben Hudson interview, it was interesting to hear him cite Alfy Whittingham as one of the kind of players he wanted to see playing for us. What a pity Mel didn't agree.

I thought he said Wassmer.

He said he wants a Wassmer, Ruddick, Inman and Whittingham.

First team assistant manager announced as Donovan Chislett, ex Met Police, Walton Casuals and Sutton Utd. Father of Ethan Chislett now at AFC Wimbledon.

Met Police had a good record of producing a strong youth talent pipeline.

Welcome Donovan. Just listened to his interview, seems most of his background is in youth work which seems the way the club is going. Whether this proves successful next season remains to be seen.
In his interview Alan suggested two coaches one with experience in our league and one from below, do we take it that Donovan is the one from below? Would not think he has many contacts at our current level?

Just watched his interview. He knows the club which is a plus. Thought he had a building firm, if so, then will that cease? One question is are we going over to morning training or still the hybrid system?
My initial reaction is that they have little experience at this level as coaches. Time will tell.

Another popular figure but again no experience.
