The first of two home games in a week. Our visitors are high in the table and have surprised many with their form and results thus far. Will be a tricky game but let’s hope for a good result. Would expect that a stronger team will be fielded compared to last Saturday.

WSM lost their last two league matches 4-2 to Torquay and 3-0 to Worthing, both away games for them. Will be another good measure of where we are as a team right now.
A hard won point against a good Weston side who dominated the second half after a more even first period. Neither keeper was that busy. We managed a few half chances but couldn’t open up a well drilled defence. Curd made one good save late on from a header and a few chances went close but wide. Our defence did really well to keep them at bay.
Some excellent spells of possession tonight as we tried to get control of the game with, I thought, everyone making good contributions. I felt we definitely earned the point from what was an entertaining match.
