I'm not going to read much into the result. It's a meaningless game for both sides and a chance to see the old place before we all disappear for a bit of a break! I'm guessing it might be the last time we see a few of these players too...

Listening to Spencer Day after their defeat by Bath he described it as men against boys. We all know that his interviews are often emotional and he did suggest that several players were running on empty and that several would not be there next season. What you make of this is questionable but I would be surprised if they didn’t turn up to give us a hard game.
Much depends on what team we field, hopefully we can put out a stronger defence.As has been noted it might be the last time we see certain players, but if recent comments are backed up with action, we might see an improvement in the team come next season.

Anyone want to play at Slough next week.
Regardless of having nothing to play for, and our limited options, that was a shambolic mess. A Combined Counties side would have put up a better fight. Not sure how many of that squad will be here next season…
