I do hope we learn the lesson of the last two pre-seasons and arrange some more challenging friendlies. A succession of gentle outings against teams two tiers below us is unlikely to see us fully up to speed for the opening NS fixtures.

That’s a handy one to go to for us! Enjoyed a 5-0? win last season, same again?

Ref Chertsey game.

According to their website £5 adult, £3 concessions £1 under 18.
Assume you can buy on the gate if you go.

Walton & Hersham are seeking pre-season friendly opposition. Could be another chance (as well as Ashford) for “plastic pitch” practice.

I've been reliably informed that Ascot United's ground is in the middle of nowhere especially if you don't have a car...

Well it's certainly handy for the racecourse...maybe you could sit astride your trusty steed MK?

Ascot utd ground is a 20 min walk from the stn. Its at the side of the racecourse and Golf course. Passing 3 pubs. Plenty of parking for The Club Car.
