As for further infrastructure improvements maybe we could upgrade the Gents? We could even name the new facility the Petruzzo Urinal so we could remember the brothers at appropriate times next season.

Surrey CCC have now installed OLED floodlights and the year before Middlesex CCC installed them...

Unfortunately ours won't be as impressive as those at the Oval incorporating the club's Prince of Wales feathers. Those at Lords were installed by the Marylebone Cricket Club (given Middlesex do not own the ground) but are of a relatively simple design.

If the rumours are true then it would be likely that in the near future there will be work being done at the ground. Over to those who have time to have a look!

Chairman’s update today confirms new floodlights are to be installed.

I think work has started on the floodlights. There were two cranes at the ground today.

The spare bulbs in the club car should be auctioned off

Understand that the club have asked supporters to bring torches etc to the first few games !!

For folks like me I remember the excitement when these floodlights were put up as we were the first club in our league to have them.
