Thanks HM, I might keep them to clean the club car.HamptonMad wrote: Sat May 17, 2025 11:03 pmAlso found in The Club Car boot, a pair of Dowse signed underpaints. Maybe they will fit you Big Rich but they do have skid marks.Big Rich wrote: Sat May 17, 2025 4:42 pmThanks Brit. The ones that Dowse had already signed I have given to him to auction for charity. The other ones I have posted to the Science Museum, along with HM’s can of chicken soup that he took to the first game at Beveree.

I saw photos that the old lights are down. Can anyone tell if the new ones have started to put up or is there other work first?
I see Will King has gone to Chertsey too: https://x.com/thecurfews/status/1918353 ... 94932?s=46Josh2002 wrote: Fri May 23, 2025 8:45 pmNope, Josh Gallagher appointed manager.
Wandered into the ground this morning, before it rained. Plenty of activity. The trees on the school side appear to having some pruning in advance of new pylons going up. Not a good look if the new lights are obscured by overhanging trees! Coils of black drainage pipes waiting to be put into the ground. Workmen and digging machinery around. Work in progress.Shepperton Supporter wrote: Fri May 23, 2025 9:38 pm I saw photos that the old lights are down. Can anyone tell if the new ones have started to put up or is there other work first?

Thanks Les for the information. Progress is being made.
Today had another look-in.
Pop-up sprinklers.....drainage tubes can be seen sticking up from the pitch awaiting pop-ups to be connected.
Pylons for the new floodlights are expected to be up within the next month, LED bulbs are coming from Spain

Let me know when the bulbs arrive Les, and I'll put the spares in the club car's boot.Les1949 wrote: Thu May 29, 2025 1:50 pm Today had another look-in.
