Chelmsford are splashing the cash now they’re full time. Just announced the signing of Jack Barham from Aldershot.

I read an article from a correspondent on the Farnborough forum that stated next season there will be 11 teams either full time or hybrid training regimes. There was also a likelihood that others are likely to adopt this training model during this summer. This just emphasises the other teams are under mounting pressure in recruiting and maintaining their league status.
Could it be that in a very short time to survive in our league you must adopt this training regime?
