Ince withdrawn in the warm up - if only we had kicked off as 3pm instead of 3:03pm he might have made it to the start of the game...

Both goals have come down our left where we look very open. First goal a decent move, the second a defensive error gave the ball straight back to them and low hard cross converted. We’ve not had a shot yet.

Well the (very) late withdrawal of Ince didnt help (how long are we persevering with this??) but they look sharper, more alert and clinical. Dreadful start.

HT 2-0. Suspect a few changes are afoot for the second half. We are far too slow in getting the ball forward cresting very little of note. Midfield needs an overhaul.

With minutes to go we simply haven’t been good enough today. Subs have injected a bit more pace and we had a couple of chances but Leatherhead have shown a lot more desire and deserve their win.

Would love their striker Jordan Gallagher. Scores goals everywhere he goes.

Pathetic and nowhere near good enough. Leatherhead controlled the game throughout, took us until the 93rd minute to manage a shot on target, and to cap it all off, our players showed more fight during the scrap as soon as the whistle went than they did on the pitch during the 90. A miserable day.

That was a harrowing watch. At least we can concentrate on the league now.
