I do think it’s time to ease Massey out the starting 11 and move to a back 4.

Lacey always impressed me at right back. King and Fernandez should be more than capable in a 4 .

Nana is clearly a talented footballer and deserves a run out higher up the pitch.

Think we are safe now. Slough won’t be easy on tuesday but maybe a chance to pick up points against a team with not much to play for.

I’ve never been a huge fan of 3 centre backs but it kind of worked for us today.

I think the difference was that we used the middle 3 in midfield well, to overload their middle and launch attacks, instead of what we did in previous games, bypassing them, going over their heads.

Dover tried to exploit the weakness of a back 3 by going down our channels, especially later on, but didn’t do a great job of it

Massey isn’t great on the ball but he does have an undeniable physical presence.

Massey is immense, he heads everything. Just a matter of time before the big 3 centre half's create goals too. Silva also immense, strong runner and skilful, great performance. But the difference today was having Grego-cox on the pitch. The ball sticks to him, he makes intelligent runs and when he gets the chance he is one of the best finishes in the league, We need him to stay fit.

RGC is such an intelligent player. We look so much better when he starts. His movement off the ball, first touch and overall play is well ahead of this league.

If we can keep him fit and have him starting more games we will keep our step 2 status.

I will say that I think the attitude on the pitch looks much better whenever Massey is on the pitch.

RGC is/was excellent but I can’t see him starting every game and lasting 70/80 minutes. He has mostly been used off the bench and clearly we are having to carefully manage whatever his underlying injury risk is for fear of losing him longer term. If we stay up I question how you can really build an attack around him but that may be a subject for another day. Yesterday’s team was heavily reliant on loan players so we will see a lot of changes again over the summer.

I'm sure there will be loads of changes this summer. This manager, as do most others nowadays it seems, tend to favour a high turnover of players. It's just the way the modern non-league game has become. I don't particularly like it, especially the constant incomings and outgoings of the loan system, but I suspect it's here to stay. Gone are the long serving players like in the days of Hollands, Cheshire and Tunesi etc. Shame.

I would love us to try and keep Vaz, Nana and Frimpong for next season. 3 players who have seriously impressed me.

Frimpong loan was only for a month so hopefully that gets extended but with Worthing poor form i’m not too sure.

Worthing are back to second but I suspect unlikely to overhaul Dorking. Frimpong has done well, very much where Mike Atkinson was for us last season.

Brilliant win and performance yesterday, 2-1 flattered them. Really need to start putting together a run now and gaining some consistency.

Would like Paul Field, Charlie Sayers and RGC to stay as well. Fernandes already confirmed to stay next season and I'd expect Max to stay too. Kiernan too hopefully.
