Teaser out on twitter for a new signing, a midfielder who has previously played under Dowse, and some of us may have seen him play before. Described as bringing “energy, legs around the pitch, and can get a goal.” Any ideas?

Yup, good signing , he was very briefly on loan with us from Barnet several moons ago. Ebbsfleet let him go to Farnborough last season which is not exactly the greatest reference so lets' hope Dowse can get the best out of him.

A bit of a surprise, very good signing for Uxbridge. You wonder how much longer he can continue playing for. Assume now De Havilland will be captain.

I’m not that surprised. De Havilland’s arrival pretty much suggested Massey wasn’t staying as I couldn’t see him playing second fiddle to De Havilland and Fernandez. As great a player as he has been his age suggests it’s a good move for him into a coaching role.
