A genuine question. If we ask other clubs to just switch our early home games to their ground, or play them later in the season, can they refuse and ask to be given the points instead?Tony wrote: Sat Jul 04, 2026 6:10 pm Apparently expecting to have to reschedule first three home games depending on how fixtures fall.
My guess would be we would still have the opportunity to find an alternative venue to host the match.Lord Elpus wrote: Sat Jul 04, 2026 6:57 pmA genuine question. Good update - is indeed very positive
Joe Monks has joined from Hartlepool as new MD/Football and Business Development - presumably covering Will King's old role and more. Seems to have plenty of experience https://www.linkedin.com/in/joe-monks-68046147/

More than willing to give Joe Monks time, but the replies to this from Hartlepool fans appear worrying. https://x.com/official_hufc/status/2046 ... JLl_yHWs2A
So these are the guys doing the 3G pitch.

Have to put it in to the context that, at the time, he was working for Hartlepool's version of the brothers. An owner who, seemingly, made it his mission to alienate every part of the fan base and run the club in to the ground.Josh2002 wrote: Mon Jul 13, 2026 10:59 am More than willing to give Joe Monks time, but the replies to this from Hartlepool fans appear worrying. https://x.com/official_hufc/status/2046 ...
