If we were to lose on Tuesday who do we even replace Dowse with?

Do we have the money to get Adam Murray down here looks bound to leave Hartlepool soon. Ian Selley out of leatherhead? Julian Dicks?

I haven't been able to get to many matches this season yet, a combo of occasional Saturday working and holidays have seen to that, so I don't really feel fully qualified to comment, but, seriously, is there the appetite for that at this stage? If so, what are people's views? Is his time up? I've seen some views on twitter/X from at least one very prominant supporter who is usually extremely "party line" and relentlessly positive, and even he sounds completely out of patience. Didn't Dowse sign a new contract in the summer? That may have a significant bearing on it anyway...
I don't want us to get relegated, of course I don't, but might it be time (if we were being 100% honest) to admit that we are always going to be struggling to compete these days, in a league containing some much bigger clubs?

Not my view at all. I have still got a lot of faith in Dowse. This all feels quite reactionary to me based on one poor performance after 2 excellent ones. Also worth noting we weren't the only step 2 teams forced to a replay against step 4 opposition this weekend.

Better teams than us were forced to replays. Dorking and Dagenham both forced to replays by step 4 teams Southall and Waltham Abbey respectively. If we end up losing Tuesday, I don't see it as a "Dowson has to go" moment, especially given the run of tough fixtures we've got coming up.
