The Beavers made it 3-1 in the 48th minute, Kiernan’s effort taking a slight deflection past Bowles. Brentwood’s skipper, Martyn Stokes, was sent off for a challenge on Beere, and later it was Beere who scored the fourth goal, after Sinclair had set him up. The final goal was scored with five minutes to go, Moone left with a simple tap-in after the ball was deflected into his path.
