That is indeed a very tough start, which probably isn't going to help our newly assembled squad at all. A couple of more experienced players wouldn't go amiss, hopefully a couple could be brought on board before the first game.

Can sometimes be good to play tough fixtures early while they are also more unsettled.
Also, for those that may have deleted X, replace x with xcancel in the url to see the club's post and comments.

I see
William Hill have some odds up now for the NLS season.
They have the Beavers at 33-1, ranking us at joint 12th with two others. Perhaps we are being fancied a little more than we might have expected.
Slough at 80-1 are the complete outsiders...

40-1 with Bet365, same odds as Horsham. Dover and Hemel.
