Saw that earlier and it made me laugh.
Easy to say get on and deal with it. But when our budget means we have to sign rubbish players like them…. well now it becomes ultra difficult

That just shows how little some non-league players know about the actual reality of non-league football economics doesn't it?
Well said both. Probably a bit of bitterness from Bassett and Williams that they didn’t make it here. Unless you’ve been in the chairman’s position then the reality is you have no idea how hard it is to compete. But then again you can’t really expect non-league players to understand that.
