A 1-1 draw tonight, a large amount of trialists featured. Anyone who went able to comment further?

A fair amount of first team players not present and primarily trialists. Only 4 players played the full 90 I think, including Max Mullins and Rohan Ince. Mullins looked really good. Cobham goal was an unmarked header where we really should've done better. Second half was fairly lacklustre I felt. Not a game to take many conclusions away from though given the lack of first team players.

Not sure we got a lot from this PSF except some extra fitness for some players and a look at a couple of additional trialists. We were without Max K, Widdrington, De Haviland, Jackson, RGC, Nash (unused sub) and Field (? injured? not seen since Hanworth). Mullins was played as a CF and Ince in midfield for the first half. Trialist keeper, LB (Sodje) and CB. Hassan was our liveliest attacking option. Early headed goal from Mather. Cobham looked a decent side and their passing movements were causing us some problems. They equalised from an unmarked header and had one goal chalked off for offside after a sweeping move cut through us too easily. Hassan hit the bar when he should have scored. Pretty even first half. We didn't look two steps above them. Second half saw more trialists and we looked very much second best. Mo Bettamer (blast from the very distant past) played up front, Ince dropped back into defence. No further goals for either side. The trialists didn't look as if they were going to demand a place in the squad but I guess not easy when you are in a scratch side to get any understanding going.

Saturday we play Chertsey who beat Wealdstone 2-0 last night so I hope we put out a realistic starting XI to test where we are at. Apparently 16 man squads need to be submitted to the league by this weekend and we only have 14 signed so expect we'll see a couple of trialists confirmed as joining soon.
