Will know at 6pm but Farnborough forum suggests the return of Bloomfield.

No wrong a full back back! Think some of our players are on too good contract for Farnborough!

Well I guess the Farnborough forum was sort of right - it was Mason...but in fact Ben Mason

2 year contract at Torquay for Dreyer. I wonder how wise that is for them just out of administration.

I give up!

I was sold a pup season ticket under false prentices!

Why are you not intending to watch us next season?

I renewed my season ticket not knowing what was going to happen a couple of weeks later. The player exodus and the departure of Mel Gwinnett

He was one of the players I had hoped we would have hung onto. Wonder if Mel was involved? If he was on a longer contract then hopefully we got a transfer fee. Would not surprise me if Seymour goes the same route.
It now looks like with the exception of Gray none of last season’s regular squad will be with us. Think we may have told players on longer contracts and their agents that we just want players gone to save money. No doubt other clubs are also aware.
Our gloomy predictions are coming to being turn into fact.
Bear in mind Dreyer was never our player, was only on loan, although his contract at Peterborough expired recently.

In fairness, I doubt the season ticket and memberships team were aware of what was to happen.

How about asking the club to cancel it and refund you?

I'm sure they won't be expecting to deal with refund requests but I would have thought they might accomodate it.

They are a big club and have new owners the promise of 2 year contact was a good offer.. We are desperately getting rid of the expensive players it would seem.

So you wouldn’t have renewed if you had known about the players leaving?

Hadn't spotted this before (from 26 May): https://x.com/OfficialClarets/status/17 ... 4419927052

Ruaridh Donaldson says in a brief interview "At the back end of last season there was a bit of a tumultuous situation at Hampton (with Mel leaving)."
